- The Kulekhani Hydro-electric Project is the biggest Hydro-electric project ever built in Nepal. Its generating capacity of 60,000 kilowatt is expected to meet, to a large extent, the power requirement of the Kingdom. A beautiful lake has been built with a storage capacity of 85.3 million cubic metre of water, by the construction of a 114 metre high dam.
