- The temple of Goddess Vindhyabasini is situated at Pokhara in Kaski District of Gandaki Zone (Nepal) and this temple is very famous for its artistic design. Inside the temple, there is a sculpture of Goddess Vindhyabasini with her eight arms. This sculpture, made of black stone, is estimated to have been erected before 1872 B.S.
- From the religious point of view, Goddess Vindhyabasini bears much significance. On religious occasions, thousands of devotees visit this temple to pray and worship this Goddess.
