- One of the active figures of the People’s Movement II, late Chhaya Devi Parajuli was born in Necha, Solukhumbu on 25 Marga, 1972 B.S.
- She entered into active politics after joining the Nepali Congress in 2007 B.S. She accomplished all the roles assigned to her at different levels. She had also participated in the people’s movement in 2046. She remained active in the forefront of the People’s Movement from Chaitra 19, 2059 (2 April 2003) to 11th Baisakh 2063 (24 April 2006) and was imprisoned for several times. She was felicitated for these contributions by many organizations. She passed away on 10th Bhadra, 2063.
