  • The World Congress of International Junior Chamber of Commerce has been held every year since 1946 to promote mutual understanding of social, economic and cultural problems in various countries and to discuss actual steps to solve these problems.
  • Under the theme “Wisdom for the 21st Century : Energy Planning toward a Bright Future“, the coming Congress is intended to put forward arguments and suggestions on the energy problem, the major concern to every country at present, to rouse international public opinion.
