Issued for : A postage stamp was issued to mark the “Human Rights Week” which was held in Japan from December 4 to 10, 1978. The Declaration of Human Rights was accepted at the 3rd General Assembly of the United Nations on the 10th December, 1948. From the next year, Human Rights Week continues up to the present in Japan.

Design : Healthy family with the sun and the mark of the 30th Anniversary of the “Declaration of Human Rights“.
